SOURCES

Although knowledge has never been more accessible, the overwhelming amount of information available to us at the same time—from many sides, across dozens of sources, often verified, yet completely contradictory—inevitably leads to one outcome: we lose sight of the bigger picture.

The amount of information we receive at the same time from multiple screens and speakers misleads our focus, effectively weakening it. It is therefore not surprising that, alongside increasing technological accessibility and cognitive overload starting as early as primary school, the number of diagnosed—or suspected—attention disorders rises exponentially, including diagnoses of ADHD.

In a world where information circulates at an unimaginable speed, trying to read, learn, understand, and keep up with everything can lead to overload & anxiety. The only real solution is to “share” the task—to specialize in the field that fulfills us, immerse ourselves in it fully, and then share our knowledge with others in a clear and concise way.

Below, I share sources and useful websites that I believe reliably verify, simplify, and filter information relevant to everyday life.

** Whenever possible, choose peer-reviewed studies, prioritize more recent publications, and give particular weight to meta-analyses that integrate a large body of existing research.
